Cumberland Place Tower

A significant project replacing our client's offices with a new tower  - compliant with Southampton's policy for encouraging tall towers to surround the central parks. The accommodation was purchased by a funding agency who built out out design, fairly faithfully, and quickly to meet the next year's intake of students to the university.
