At least two other architect firms had tried unsuccessfully to achieve permission to extend this listed cottage. We achieved the goal with a combination of respect and skill, and an understanding client.
Following the granting of planning permission and listed building consent, we produced the intricate working drawing package which included the itemisation of the oak frame.
