The redevelopment of the existing Grange offices, creating a new and improved studio, from which we now work. We created a minimalistic, functional studio space that promotes creativity and productivity.
We went on to re-design phase 2 of the site, working with the developer and contractor to build out a further 15,500 sq.ft of new office space.

The design included the implementation of new dormers on the North and South side.
